Senior Fitness and Balance Training

We will begin with a phone consultation to determine your goals, develop an understanding of your health history previous surgeries and/or injuries, medical history, concerns you may have about balance and falls and orthopedic concerns and pains you may be experiencing. I will develop a personalized workout program and at our first in person session we will go over all exercises, focusing on balance and strength exercises.  Focusing on strength training and functional exercises will help make your activities of daily living easier.  Focusing on balance exercises is crucial in fall prevention and will give you more confidence. A Balance and Mobility Assessment is highly recommended before beginning to help determine deficiencies in specific balance systems to develop a fall prevention program.   I will provide you a written handout and answer any questions you may have on the program! 

Depending on your needs and frequency of training we will schedule your workout sessions accordingly.
